Sophia’s “Flavorful and Very Nutritious” Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of salad mix and/or spinach, chopped

1/2 cup micro greens, chopped

1/2 cup micro radish, chopped

1 cup tomatoes, chopped

1 cup cucumbers, chopped

Trader Joe’s Organic Balsamic and Fig Dressing (or dressing that you prefer)

Shredded parmesan cheese

Rinse all of your veggies before starting. Add chopped salad mix and/or spinach, chopped micro greens, and chopped micro radish to a bowl. Add dressing and mix well. Add chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumbers, and shredded cheese and mix. Adjust dressing to your taste. Enjoy!
