Ideas for kids and families
Reading Tracker Book Stack: we designed this book stack printable when one of our kids was struggling with using a traditional book log for school. For some reason, this visual tracker felt less like homework and more like a celebration of reading. We also used it last summer to track our summer reading. Each family member uses a different color and we write the titles we have read on the spines of the books in this pdf. This has worked better for my kids than a traditional reading log
Five Simple Book Tracker Ideas For Kids: Raising a reader has some ideas we have used and others that were new to us. We like paper trackers for summer or seasonal events, but I like her calendar tracker idea for year-round family reading.
